The well-known Bayfair shopping centre in Tauranga’s suburb Mount Maunganui, is going through a great expansion project that started in 2017. More than 30 additional stores are being opened, bringing the total number of stores to approximately 150.

An important part of the project includes an all-weather dining precinct with indoor and outdoor facilities. To prevent flooding outside, a drainage solution was required to remove the standing water and at the same time complement the newly designed environment.
